Audit
We map how you actually operate today — every tool, input, and decision. I find where the friction lives and what it’s quietly costing you.
You leave with: the Friction Map
I design and build the personal operating system high performers run their life and work on — end to end, in a single focused week.
Tasks spread across three apps. Not one of them trusted.
Decisions made reactively, never on your own terms.
Information captured everywhere, retrievable from nowhere.
Your time allocated by whoever shouts loudest.
Good ideas lost because there was nowhere to put them.
Constant low-grade friction in every hour of the day.
There is a word for what I build. Kanso — 簡素 — the Japanese principle of simplicity: clarity achieved by removing everything that doesn’t serve you. Not more apps. Not more discipline. Less friction, carried daily.
We map how you actually operate today — every tool, input, and decision. I find where the friction lives and what it’s quietly costing you.
You leave with: the Friction Map
I design your personal operating system and build it end to end — capture, planning, execution, review. No templates. Built around how your mind works.
You leave with: your system, live in your own tools
We walk the system together until it’s fully yours. You leave with something running, documented, and built to hold up under real pressure.
You leave with: full documentation + two weeks of support
Not another task manager. The entire stack — how you capture, decide, plan, and review — designed and wired together as one coherent system.
You don’t get a framework and a wish of luck. You get the thing built, in your own tools, working and tested before I leave.
Used well, AI is a force multiplier. I design and deliver in one week what used to take a month of consulting — without compromising on craft.
For founders, operators, and senior professionals whose output is bottlenecked by their systems, not their ability.
This is for you if
This is not for you if
Every engagement starts with a complimentary thirty-minute consultation. We talk through how you currently operate, where the friction lives, and what I would do about it — whether or not we ever work together.
Thirty minutes
A focused conversation about how you operate today — and where it’s quietly costing you time, energy, and momentum.
Real recommendations
You leave with two or three specific changes you can make immediately. Yours to keep, with or without me.
No pitch
If I can help, I’ll say exactly how. If I can’t, I’ll tell you that too — and point you somewhere better.
Engagements are scoped individually. Investment is discussed on the call, once I understand the shape of your work.
For years I’ve been building, breaking, and rebuilding personal systems — first for myself, then for the people around me who kept asking how I stay on top of more than seems reasonable.
I bring operational calm to chaotic environments. Where you see an overwhelming pile of inputs, I see a structure waiting to be drawn. That clarity is the actual product.
And I build fast. Used well, AI is a force multiplier: I can design and deliver in a week what traditionally took a month of back-and-forth — without compromising on quality.

Every engagement is scoped to the person — the shape of your work, the tools involved, and how much needs to be built. Investment is discussed openly on your consultation, once I understand what you actually need. The consultation itself is free, and you’ll leave with value from it either way.
Around six to eight focused hours across the five days. The deepest involvement is early, during the audit. Mid-week, I build while you work. On Friday, we walk the system together until it’s yours.
Almost never. The system is built in the tools you already use wherever possible — the problem is rarely the tool, it’s that nothing connects. If a change is genuinely warranted, I’ll make the case and you decide.
Because the ones that failed were someone else’s template. This is designed around how you actually think and work — and it’s installed, not suggested. You also get two weeks of support after handover, to smooth the edges that real life finds.
Yes. The full engagement runs remotely. I’m based in Cape Town (SAST), which pairs comfortably with Europe, the Middle East, and the US East Coast.
A running personal operating system: capture, planning, execution, and review, wired together and tested against your real week. Full documentation, so the system is yours and not dependent on me. And two weeks of direct support.
The first step is a free thirty-minute consultation. You’ll leave with clarity — and a few recommendations worth keeping — either way.
